When is the show?
Wednesday 11 November 2020: 10.00 – 17.00
Thursday 12 November 2020: 10.00 – 17.00
The entrance to the show closes each day at 16.00. There is no admittance after this time.

Where is the show?
Scandinavia’s leading sustainable living event takes place at MalmöMässan, in Malmö, Sweden, which has numerous cafes, restaurants, hotels and transport links on its doorstep.

Who can attend?
Eco Life Scandinavia and the Nordic Organic Food Fair are trade only events and are not open to the general public. Admission is restricted to professionals working in the natural and organic industry. Proof of trade status may be requested.

Can students attend?
No, students are not permitted to attend.

Can I bring my children?
No. This is a business event and entry is restricted to those working in the industry.

How much does it cost to attend?
Admission to Eco Life Scandinavia and the Nordic Organic Food Fair is free to visitors who register in advance. For those that haven’t pre-registered, an entry charge of €20 will apply on the door. Free registration closes at 17.00 GMT on Tuesday 10 November.

When will I receive my visitor badge?
Once registered you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your e-badge. Simply click on the link to download your ticket, print it out and bring it with you to the show. Your badge will allow you entry to the event on both days.

What if I lose my badge/badge confirmation email?
As long as you have registered, you will be able to collect your badge onsite. Just ask one of the staff in the registration area and they will assist you. We also send a badge reminder email a week before the show to all those registered to ensure they have their badge.

Does my badge grant me access to the show on both days, or do I need to register again?
Your badge will be valid on both days of the show.

Can I approach exhibitors/visitors to sell my products?
No, the only people permitted to sell at Eco Life Scandinavia and the Nordic Organic Food Fair are the exhibitors.

How many samples am I allowed to take from the show?
Only take product samples when offered by the exhibitors and only enough to evaluate for potential business needs. Samples considered to be in excess of this need may be confiscated on exit. In any case, samples must not exceed 1 bag per visitor.

Where is there to eat at the venue?
The venue has lots of food and drink options. The KRAV organic certified Forest Cafe, located off the show floor by the entrance, serves a selection of hot food, soup and sandwiches. The English Tea Shop Cafe, located in the centre of the exhibition, offers a variety of organic cakes, sandwiches and drinks. In the entrance cafe, sponsored by Enterprise Greece, a selection of snacks and sandwiches are available.
